Initially working as a consultant to further streamline internal recruitment training and onboarding processes, Feras Elkhalil, President, and Trevor Pidcock, Executive Director, Business Operations identified an opportunity to draw upon Molly’s recruitment management expertise. By welcoming Molly to the team, IT|IQ has added a strong leader to assist with the organization’s goal of national expansion.
