IT/IQ is looking to hire an internal Recruiter to help us grow our Vancouver-based team. We have aggressive growth plans, and are looking for a driven Recruiter to support that growth and continue to help us evolve our employment brand. It’s an exciting time at IT/IQ, and this role is integral to our ability to achieve new heights in IT recruitment.
Sourcing and networking within our local markets, you will identify candidates who are interested in a career in recruitment. You will conduct phone interviews, and leverage our screening tools to identify great recruitment candidates. References and initiating the onboarding process will round out the full lifecycle of your recruiting activities.
The right candidate for this role will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and be excited about an opportunity to directly contribute to an organization that is in hyper growth mode. You must love recruitment, and perhaps even consider yourself to be a “recruitment nerd”! This role will give you the skills required to be an expert in our industry, and will open other doors for you within IT/IQ and beyond.
