You will push the boundaries of application support for SAAS platforms by:

  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring a 24/7 team of experienced Support Engineers to drive successful customer experiences. Provides direction for the day-to-day activity of assigned employees including celebrating successes and managing poor performance.

To be successful in this role, you will leverage:

  • 5+ years of Application Product Support, preference given to Cloud Based Products, then On Premise Solutions. 
  • Experience with implementing knowledge-centered support strategies that drive the adoption of customer self-service
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of product support engineers.  Including performance reviews, KPI tracking, resolution metrics, 1st support time tracking, etc
